Is it just plain intelligence or is it lack of hard work on the part of the latter. Came across this issue in office. Have sometimes felt that i wanted a simple life and a typical easy-job and was not ready to accept challenges. The mere thought of  ’tough’ work  overwhelmed me so much that i refused to even try. Then i came across a colleague who is equally intelligent as me(if i may say so) and found her working wonderfully.
Which got me wondering.Is lack of focus and unwillingness to put in effort the only thing thats holding me back??
