Was walking back from offfice to catch the company shuttle back home. Met one of my friends on the way. As is my habit closed her eye and asked her to guess who it was. She having seend me on the way guessed correctly. Little did I know at that time that Y was on the phone with her. When he heard her take my name, he asked her whether i enquired who she was talking to. She asked me the same. I said, “Why should I”?Ha!! So much for him being busy at home. He always seems to have time to talk to other girls

But here is what really struck me as strange. We spend so much time in a relationship with someone. Share so many joys and sorrows, bare our souls to them so as to say!!! But in the end , when there is a fight or misunderstanding, each of us scram to conceal our hurt and pretend like it dont matter.. Swallow back tears, and act happy.. WHY? Having spent so much time Together is it wrong if we say we are hurt, is it wrong to show our true feelings… What an irony !!!

Y has taken to ignoring me recently. We shared so much and were so happy. I dont know what went wrong mid-way.

He isnt the guy he was when we were together.But one thing is for sure. I am not gonna go behind him and beg him to return. This time, my pride takes precedence

I have realised that i have found it extremely hard to be polite to ppl and most of the timedisplay my own arrogance without giving a dime of thought to what others might feel and think. And you know what … it gives me a high to be this way , without caring for others, thought i know it wont take me far.

Back to the age old dilemma of arranged marraige vs love marraige. I always thought S was someone i could count upon to be with me during my times of crisis. He was with me … when he got to use me … and now when i need him the most (coz of dad’s illness) , he has done the dsiappearing act…

This incident has brought a fresh perspective to my take on relationships. No matter how strong or mature a relationship be it needs a lot of nurturing and care and patience to maintain it. One needs to work towards maintaining a relationship.  Also we should never take anyone for granted.

I feel having experienced a bit of what love marraiges can turn into i am now more open towards having an arranged marraige. I just hope i get the right guy

“wannabe” , ” Desperado”  these are just a short sample of the names that i have been called…. Inspires me to study harder, work harder and teach a thing or two to these guys

Had a meeting with my mentor the other day. He was pretty pissed off with the message issue. He has made me accountable for every minute i spend in office. I guess i should learn to live with it. As they say ‘When life gives you a lemon , make a lemonade’

I have recently joined the SCM component of my company… Was totally fascinated by the functional sessions taken by Sandy..He is a great teacher. I hope to learn more and more about hte functional perspective from him

I need to control Y and make sure that he doesnt distract me from my work

Negative people have a very stifling and sad air which is unfortunately very contagious. The only way out is to avoid them like hte plague. I have decided that I have no place for such people in my life
